Refund policy
our refund policy states that refunds will only be eligible once the courier is at the customer's door to pick up the item. Once the courier has arrived, the customer can inspect the item and decide whether they wish to keep it or return it for a refund.
If the customer decides to return the item, they must inform the courier and provide a reason for the return. The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Once the item has been returned and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund to the customer's original payment method.
It is important to note that we will only issue a refund if the item is returned in its original condition. If the item has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the refund request or charge a restocking fee.
Our refund policy also has a time limit for returns, which is clearly communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. After this time limit has passed, we will not accept any returns or issue any refunds.
